Countless numbers of snakes are summoned and crawl out of Orochimaru's mouth to peruse their enemy. The amount of snakes that pour out is so overwhelming that you could even call it a "Snake wall" which makes blocking it or trying to dodge it utterly pointless so the only thing the target can do is be buried in snakes. When the endless number of snakes crawling out of his mouth gather together they make a wall of defense that prevents any kind of attack.
