Using chakra the user turns the ground around him into a fluid state allowing the user to swim at a very fast speed toward their enemy. The user can surprise attack the unaware enemy through their blind spot, underground. Kisame demonstrates this the effect of this jutsu by combining it with his weapon, "Same Hada" to form a "Violent ninjutsu attack"
