Amaterasu, a Katon-type jutsu of the highest level, can only be used by those that have activated "Mangekyou Sharingan". Tenshafuuin*Amaterasu is what you get when you seal the effect of Amaterasu into a third party's Sharingan. Whenever the sealed eyes comes in contact with the special condition the seal is lifted and a "Black flame of hunger" goes after the prey.
