Using ink as his intermediary Sai creates his own original "Bunshin". The bunshin that the user creates using a bit of chakra and ink is different from "Bunshin no Jutsu" in the sense that its mass is greater so it's harder to see through. This jutsu is especially useful for the various common missions that "root" makes him do like surprise attacks, infiltration, and assassinations.
